To provide support to the Alex Lee Benefits & Compensation Department and all employees and Host.
** In office (Hickory, NC) 3 days week **
1. Assist with weekly benefit enrollment processing, reporting and incoming calls to department
2. Responsible for employee portal content and data analysis
3. Partners onsite Wellness Coordinator to champion wellness activities including health fairs, annual screening events and all initiates relating to open enrollment for health benefits.
4. Serves as back-up for Benefits Administrator
5. Prepare quarterly information for the INK publication – Years of Service, Promotions, and Retirements
6. Update and add job codes and positions in PeopleSoft.
7. Prepare vouchers to set up payment for HR vendor invoices.
8. Responsible for maintaining and updating compensation and benefit polices
9. Responsible for analysis for hourly wage programs.
10. Assist in conducting market data analysis and completing survey data related to annual wage programs.
11. Work with programmers when necessary to implement wage and/or bonus program changes.
12. Perform other duties as assigned
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Finance and/or 3+ years related experience.
2. Expert level experience with Excel
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Maintain confidentiality.
