The Retail Data Analyst provides support to the Category Management, e-Commerce and Marketing teams by conducting complete analysis and reporting for one or more functional areas of the business.
Possess the knowledge and skills generally associated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred. Should possess a strong working knowledge generally associated with 2-4 years’ experience in the food and/or retail industry. Highly skilled in computer technologies with emphasis in spreadsheet and database programs. Experience with scan data, t-log, and exploratory data analytics is a must. Specific programs include Microsoft Office, Nielsen, IRI, Cognos, scanner technologies, and all mainframe jobs and programs. Highly skilled in technology and analytical tasks, experience with e-Commerce and Marketing Analytics preferred. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation development skills are required. Must be results oriented with an emphasis on good time management skills to deliver on-time and accurate analysis in a rapidly changing environment.
