Responsible for maintenance, up-keep, and contracts for MDI Management properties. Performs skilled maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair of Ammonia refrigeration system, Freon refrigeration systems, and warehouse powered doors/door curtains in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies. M-F 7am-3pm

Conducts retail store audits to verify adherence to operating policies and procedures, and to ensure the accuracy of financial records.  Conducts financial, operational, and compliance audits at all Alex Lee companies.  Performs corporate audits when requested by the Corporate Internal Audit Director.
